Model Overview
A compact two-bedroom residence centred on open-plan living and a covered pool terrace.
Casita is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom single-storey residence arranged around a 47 m² open-plan living and kitchen space, with both bedrooms opening toward the outdoor areas.
The current architectural set records a building footprint of approximately 117 m² / 1,260 ft², plus a 26 m² covered terrace and a 48 m² pool area. The plan includes a 16 m² primary bedroom with an 11 m² en-suite, a 21 m² second bedroom and a 5 m² en-suite.
