Design and engineering
Architecture, structure, openings, envelope, foundations strategy, specification and logistics are coordinated against the approved project information.

The local team receives project-specific assembly information covering sequencing, connections and key construction stages. Bauhu remains available during assembly to assist with technical questions and interpretation of the project information.

Remote construction becomes expensive when design changes, procurement mistakes, labour shortages and repeat shipments are discovered on site. Bauhu moves more decisions upstream, where they can be coordinated before the building reaches the site.
That means one controlled flow of approved design information into engineering, procurement, manufacture, consolidation and shipping — with a clear record of what belongs in the Bauhu package and what remains a local responsibility.
Delivery is not the end of Bauhu’s involvement. Project-specific assembly information is issued to support the local contractor, and the Bauhu team remains available during assembly to assist with technical questions and interpretation of the coordinated project information.

Bauhu coordinates procurement, consolidation and shipping as connected parts of the building delivery process. Components are brought together against the approved project information before dispatch so the shipment is treated as one coordinated building package rather than a collection of unrelated supplier deliveries.
For assembly, Bauhu provides detailed project information covering structural sequencing, connections, envelope installation, material requirements and key construction stages. The information is designed to aid the local contractor and installers; it does not replace the responsibilities or professional judgement of the appointed site team.
During assembly, Bauhu remains available to assist with technical questions and interpretation of the project documentation.
