Model Overview
A compact two-bedroom contemporary residence with generous open-plan living and covered outdoor space.
Element ICE is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom single-storey residence organised around a generous 38 m² open-plan living and kitchen space, with covered outdoor areas extending the principal living space.
The current architectural set records approximately 83 m² / 894 ft² of building area, plus a 22 m² / 240 ft² main terrace and an additional exterior terrace. Bedroom 1 is approximately 11 m² with a 5 m² en-suite; Bedroom 2 is approximately 9 m², alongside a 5 m² main bathroom.
