Bauhu Model Residence
Zen
Two-bedroom contemporary home with open-plan living and exterior decks
Model Overview
A compact two-bedroom contemporary residence with open-plan living and generous exterior deck space.
Element ZEN is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom single-storey residence organised around a 28 m² open-plan living and kitchen space, with both bedrooms connected to generous exterior deck areas.
The current architectural set records approximately 81 m² / 872 ft² of building area. Bedroom 1 is approximately 12 m² with a 5 m² en-suite, while Bedroom 2 is approximately 13 m² with a separate 4 m² bathroom. The drawings also show approximately 34 m² of exterior deck, noted as by others.
A Bauhu model is the architectural starting point, not the finished specification. Orientation, glazing, finishes, shading, foundation strategy and other details can be refined around the site and project requirements.
